Chancellor

Recruits and retains members. Organizes events. Participates in the council's degree team. Serves on Admission and Retention committees. Recommended to chair Roses for Life Campaign Progresses to Deputy GK

Michael Closs

Recorder

Maintains a permanent record of council actions. At meeting's end, presents recording to GK for attest signature. Typed Transcript formalized for website post. Presents summary of previous meeting minutes for Council approval

Stephen Foster

Financial Secretary

Appointed for three years. Handles finances, reports, and memberships. Files reports with Supreme Council. Manages dues, billing, and records.

Peter Vanderlaak

Treasurer

Manages council funds. Receives money from Financial Secretary. Pays expenses and deposits funds. Automatically bonded and reported.

John R McDonald

Advocate

Acts as parliamentarian. Knowledgeable about rules. Seeks legal assistance from State Advocate when needed. Recommended to chair Memorial Mass planning Progresses to Chancellor

Owen J Graham

Warden

Supervises council property. Manages program directors and records. Informs public relations chair of programs. Ensures meeting protocols, seating and ceremonials are in accordance with Supreme Council directives

Carries out tasks given to them by the Grand Knight and follow the warden's orders. Responsible for checking membership cards and allowing entrance to meetings.

Appointed by the Grand Knight, oversees family programs, leads the Consecration to the Holy Family, assigns committees, and supports family education, faith activities, recreation, and aid to fallen knights’ families.

Appointed by Grand Knight. Oversees life based council programs. Promotes programs to support the advancement of the pro-life movement, people with intellectual disabilities, and persecuted Christians.

Errick R Camolese

Pro Life Chairman

Organizes council-level initiatives to promote a culture of life, including fundraising, education, and direct support for pro-life organizations, often leading local efforts like 40 Days for Life or March for Life participation. This role focuses on defending life from conception to natural death.

Tom Carter

Sick & Welfare

Elected leader dedicated to supporting members who are sick, disabled, or in distress. Monitors the health of the membership. Provides regular updates during council meetings. Fosters a sense of fraternal care by sending cards, arranging personal visits, and coordinating necessary assistance from the council for those in need.

John R McDonald

Community Chairman

Appointed by Grand Knight, oversees community based programs. Support and encourage service to the community Contact and coordinate with organizations that align in key areas of community assistance. Requires Safe Environment training and background check.

Mike Silva

Youth Director

An appointed council position. Pans and oversees activities for young people, such as the Soccer Challenge or Substance Abuse Awareness Poster Contest. Ensures all activities comply with Safe Environment training and background checks. Promotes programs that strengthen faith and community. Reports on youth activities to the program director.

Germain Loignon

Membership Director

Appointed annually to lead recruitment, retention, and insurance promotion. This role sets the membership calendar, manages growth committees, ensures application processing, and coordinates program publicity with the Public Relations Chairman.

Admission Chairman

A critical role responsible for overseeing the intake of new members, conducting interviews, and ensuring the smooth transition of candidates into the Order.

Retention Chairman

Works to keep the council's members active. Implements programs and practices that provide mentors for new members. Regularly communicates with the members to encourage participation. On pending suspension, ask member to remain or transfer councils.

Public Relations Director

Promotes council activities, programs, and values. Collaborates with council to improve the organization's image through community engagement, event planning, and publicity efforts. Assists with recruitment and retention by highlighting the Knights’ principles and ensures internal communication by reporting committee progress to the Grand Knight.
