Donation to Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation
The Executive Director of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation was invited to speak to our Council at our monthly Council meeting on Tuesday Dec 10th.
Brother Frank Barry (our Lecturer) had suggested inviting Linday Butcher-Dodds to our Council meeting to update us on activities at the Hospital.
A year or two back we had Lindsay’s predecessor – Wendy Warner, into make a presentation.
Also Brother John McDonald made it known that there was need for to (2) Portable Heart Monitors. At a cost of $3000.00 each. A Motion had been put forth and approved for a donation in that amount.
Lindsay made a fine presentation, and was overwhelmed when we presented her with a cheque for $6000.00.
We received a glowing letter of thanks from Linday on December 18th.
